Hi,

I am using the 'Thermometer' widget to show the % of errors in applications processed. As an internal service level agreements, we have a bottom line threshold of 6%. This means that (in any given month), there should not be less than 6% error rates of the total applications processed. The 'Thermometer Bulb Circle' and the 'Thermometer Mercury Chart' should be green if the error rates are more than 6%; and red if the error rates are equal to or less than 6%. Is there a way to achieve this?

Hi Nulikiran

Sorry for the delay - we quickly put this together last week - just didn't get around to posting it back onto the forum until after the weekend.

As you can see the thermometer changes from GREEN > RED based on the cutoff values.
